Orders received by 12:00 pm PST are generally shipped the same business day the order is received. Our shipping and handling fee is a flat rate based on the total order amount (see shipping rates below).
NOTE: Agapé Nutrition ships to domestic states inside the U.S. with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. We use UPS and USPS shipping methods and adopt all domestic UPS and USPS shipping regulations. Saturday Delivery is not available with any shipping methods offered.

International (outside U.S.A.) orders are not accepted or processed at this time.
Heat Sensitive Shipping Policy
Products requiring shipment in a cool environment (perishable and frozen items) are subject to special shipping procedures due to their sensitive nature to ensure customers receive products in good condition. Agapé Nutrition recommends that heat sensitive products ship with UPS Next Day delivery. Heat sensitive products must be ordered before 12:00 pm PST each business day to ensure same day shipping. Sensitive Orders requested before 12:00 pm PST on Thursday will ship the same business day and sensitive orders requested after 12:00 pm PST will ship out Monday when UPS Next Day Air Delivery is requested. *Heat sensitive items are not eligible for return credit.
Drop Ship Orders
Agapé Nutrition uses drop ship methods to ensure timely delivery. Drop ship orders will ship directly from the manufacture or stock warehouse. The manufacture will create the UPS shipping label and ship from their location. Tracking information can be obtained within 24 hours of the receipt of your shipping confirmation email. Please have your Agape Order number handy when you contact us to request your tracking number.
Orders should be placed via the web with payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
Items sold by Agapé Nutrition and shipped to destinations in the state of Washington are subject to sales tax in accordance with state and local tax laws.
Out of Stock Items
If an item ordered is out of stock, you will receive the remainder of your order with the out of stock item on back order. We will ship your out of stock item as soon as it is available, usually within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email informing you when your out of stock item has shipped.
If an item ordered is out of stock at the manufacture warehouse, you will receive the remainder of your order with the out of stock item on back order. You will receive an informative email regarding the status of your out of stock order. We will ship your out of stock item as soon as it is available, usually within 10–14 business days. You will receive an email informing you when your out of stock item has shipped.
As part of Agapé Nutrition’s commitment to sell quality supplements, we do not resell open returned items. You can be confident that every product you receive from Agapé Nutrition has been kept within our control and under the appropriate conditions from the time received from the manufacturer.
Products are eligible for a return credit within 30 days; heat sensitive and perishable items are not eligible for return credit. To be credited for returns, you must call or email us with your Agapé Order number to begin the return process. All returns may be subject to a returns processing fee.
If you receive a package that has been damaged, save the original box and all its contents and call or email us immediately with the Agapé Order number. We will make every effort to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
