PhosphaLine™ 100 Softgels
Concentrated PPC and DLPC phospholipids for your cell membranes, liver, and cardiovascular health.
Every cell in your body is wrapped in a membrane built from phospholipids, and that membrane wears down faster than most people realize, from age, from toxin load, from a diet that's short on the raw materials to rebuild it. PhosphaLine™ is a concentrated source of polyenylphosphatidylcholine (PPC) and 1,2 DLPC, the specific phospholipids your cell membranes, liver, and detox pathways are built from, not a general lecithin blend diluted with competing fats. Each softgel delivers PPC your body can use to support membrane repair, liver function, and healthy detoxification enzyme activity.* Take two to three softgels daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
- ✓ Practitioner-grade phosphatidylcholine (PPC), the purest source of PPC and DLPC available in softgel form
- ✓ No other phospholipids besides PPC and DLPC competing for absorption, unlike triple or raw lecithin
- ✓ Up to 52% DLPC content, one of the highest concentrations available
- ✓ Supports liver function, cell membrane repair, and healthy detoxification enzyme activity*

Your Cell Membranes Wear Down Faster Than Your Body Can Rebuild Them
Every one of your trillions of cells is wrapped in a membrane built from phospholipids, and phosphatidylcholine makes up nearly half of it. Your body can manufacture phospholipids on its own, but the process is enzyme- and energy-intensive, and age, toxin load, and a diet short on the right raw materials can all outpace it.
Supplying phospholipids directly, through diet or supplementation, supports that biosynthesis rather than replacing it. That is the specific gap PhosphaLine is formulated to close.
Individual results vary.
What Happens When Your Membrane Raw Materials Run Short
- Sluggish detoxification capacity. Liver cell membranes lose composition integrity over time, and detoxification enzyme activity depends on that membrane structure holding up.
- Cardiovascular and lipid metabolism support gaps. Diet alone often falls short on the specific phospholipid raw materials your body needs, even when cholesterol levels are already within the normal range.
- Generic lecithin doesn't cut it. Most OTC lecithin products are diluted with competing phospholipids that crowd the same absorption pathway PPC needs.
The fix isn't more lecithin. It's the right phospholipids, concentrated and purified, with nothing else competing for absorption.
PhosphaLine Is Not a Lecithin Supplement
PhosphaLine™ is a concentrated source of polyenylphosphatidylcholine (PPC) and 1,2 DLPC, extracted and purified from soybean lecithin, not a raw or triple lecithin blend. Unlike products that mix in a range of competing phospholipids, PhosphaLine contains no other phospholipids besides PPC and DLPC that may compete for absorption. Every softgel is built around the one job it's formulated to do: deliver the specific phospholipids your cell membranes, liver, and detox pathways are built from.

The Cell Membrane Is Where Health Actually Happens
Every one of your trillions of cells is wrapped in a membrane built from phospholipids, and phosphatidylcholine makes up nearly half of it. This isn't a minor structural detail. A healthy cell membrane is the starting point for a healthy cell, a healthy tissue, a healthy organ, and ultimately a healthy body. Virtually every important metabolic reaction your cells perform happens at this membrane. When the membrane is compromised, everything downstream feels it.
A phospholipid has a water-loving head and two oil-loving tails. When phospholipids meet water, the tails line up against each other and the heads face outward, forming a thin, flexible, partially permeable bilayer, the cell membrane itself.
Your body can manufacture phospholipids on its own, but the process is enzyme- and energy-intensive. Supplying phospholipids directly, through diet or supplementation, supports that biosynthesis rather than replacing it.
PhosphaLine delivers 2.7 g of pure polyenylphosphatidylcholine (PPC) per 3-softgel serving, extracted and purified from soybean lecithin. What sets PPC apart from a bargain-bin lecithin capsule is its concentration of 1,2-dilinoleoylphosphatidylcholine (DLPC), the dominant molecule within PPC and, according to the manufacturer's own product literature, present at levels up to 52% of the PPC content. Increasing the DLPC content of cell membranes increases membrane fluidity, meaning the membrane moves and functions the way it's supposed to. Unlike triple lecithin or raw lecithin products, which are a mixed bag of competing phospholipids, PhosphaLine contains only PPC and DLPC, with no other phospholipids crowding the absorption pathway.
Once absorbed, PPC raises choline levels in the blood and brain. Choline is the precursor your body uses to synthesize acetylcholine, the neurotransmitter responsible for healthy neuronal signaling and cell-to-cell communication. Each softgel also supplies roughly 130 mg of choline in its own right, an essential nutrient most people don't get enough of from diet alone.
Liver health and function
- Supports the membrane composition liver cells depend on for healthy detoxification enzyme activity
Cardiovascular health
- Supports lipid metabolism and lipoprotein biosynthesis, and maintaining cholesterol levels already within the normal range, alongside diet, exercise, and your physician's guidance
Cell membrane repair and healthy aging
- Supplies the specific phospholipid raw materials membrane repair depends on
Not a generic lecithin supplement
- A concentrated, purified, single-purpose phospholipid formula built around the one molecule (DLPC) research consistently points to as the functionally superior form of phosphatidylcholine

See Why PhosphaLine Isn't Just Another Lecithin
Most "phospholipid" supplements are diluted with soy oil and competing fats. PhosphaLine is concentrated PPC and DLPC, nothing else fighting for absorption.
