Directions For Use
Mix 2 scoops (10g) in 4-6 oz of water to support exercise stamina and performance. Use 30-60 minutes prior to exercise. After mixing, consume immediately. Do not exceed 2 scoops (one 10g serving) in 24 hours. Do not mix with bottled juice. Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, dry place. Best if used within 45 days of opening.
