Recommendations for use

1. In the morning, before any product and with clean skin, apply ZC30 Anti-Aging Cream.
2. Next, moisturize your body skin with ZM15 Health Lotion in the morning or during the day.
3. After bathing, apply ZC5 After Sun to restore and moisturize skin and hair at the end of the day. Leave on for 5 minutes on clean skin.
4. If there is any muscular discomfort from daily activity, apply ZCM30 Mineral Gel directly to the area of soreness.
5. Before going to sleep, apply ZCM30 Hair Health on the scalp and leave it on during the night.
