What enzymes help the body recover from exercise?

Proteolytic enzymes are best for recovery and have commonly been used for sore muscles from overexertion.* Among the proteolytic enzymes in Repair Gold are protease, catalase, serrapeptase, bromelain, and papain. 

What is different about Repair Gold enzymes versus others?
