In addition to cortisol, Integrative Therapeutics Cortisol Manager 30 And 90 Tablets contain a proprietary blend of L-Theanine and ashwagandha leaf and root extracts, to help lower stress levels and promote relaxation as part of the body’s natural sleep cycle. It is free from melatonin and certified as a vegan-friendly product. In addition, the tablets are free from wheat, gluten, soy, and dairy products. The recommended dosage is for one tablet to be taken before bedtime. However, during periods of high stress, this can be increased to two tablets.

Directions and Dosage:
Take 1 tablet before bedtime, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Increase to 2 tablets during times of high stress. For every night use.
