Jarrow Formulas® Pantethine is a derivative of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) and a precursor in the formation of coenzyme A (CoA), an essential cofactor for lipid, carbohydrate, and protein metabolism.* In cells, CoA is essential for fatty acid transport and fatty acid metabolism.* Pantethine also helps to support normal healthy lipid metabolism.
Pantethine is a derivative of vitamin B5. Pantethine supports lipid metabolism by its ability to raise levels of Coenzyme A (CoA), a cofactor involved in several metabolic pathways including carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.* CoA combines with acetyl groups to form Acetyl CoA, a key participant in energy production via its role in the Krebs (citric acid) cycle within the mitochondria.*

Suggested Use:
Adults take 1 softgel once a day with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
