Operations During (COVID-19)

We would like to update our clients on our operations amidst the developing Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
On March 23, Washington State Governor Jay Inslee issued an order requiring residents of Washington State to ‘Stay at home’.
We wish to assure you that Agape Nutrition has been deemed an essential service by the Washington State Department of Agriculture as well as the Homeland Security emergency readiness programs. We want you to know at Agape Nutrition we will continue to serve you.
Agape Nutrition will continue to operate regular business hours from 9am – 5pm PST. We are here and ready to support you in this difficult time through our online store front. Our physical location will be closed to walk-in purchases at this time.
As our valued customer, Agape Nutrition wants you to know that we fully understand that we hold a great responsibility to ensure we continue to provide you the products you need to care for your health. Rest assured, we are working tirelessly with our manufactures and distributors in meeting the needs of our clients.
Our staff are diligently working to respond to the recent overwhelming influx of phone calls and emails.
Due to the recent outbreak causing much higher than normal demand for nutritional products, We will continue to reply to your requests by email. We have consistently kept up with all orders and will continue to meet client needs.
Please understand that we want to assist everyone as quickly as possible and to be patient during this time. We appreciate your understanding, as there may be temporary delays in our normal shipping and response times.
Effective immediately, Agape Nutrition has temporarily suspended our 30-day return policy to ensure the quality and safety chain of custody of our inventory and to discourage over-purchasing. No returns will be accepted or processed during this time. *If returns are received, they will be set aside in a designated area for safe handling, at a later date. Returns will be processed for refund once we can determine it is safe for everyone to do so. Generally, the quarantine period will be 15 days for returned items.
Please be aware that we are not a distributor warehouse or supplier. We are an authorized reseller of pharmaceutical grade professional supplements and health products. We do not fulfill orders that of more than personal consumption or usage, deemed by our brand partners.
Out of Stock Items
We have found that many of the more in demand products such as immune support, vitamin C formulas, lung support products are temporarily out of stock both at the factory and the warehouse. These products may be in stock in the morning and out of stock in the afternoon only to be back in stock in a couple of days similar to the toilet paper situation. So keep checking back.
Agape Nutrition would like to assure you that we are ready, willing and able to support you and your healthcare needs in this difficult time.
